Pregnancy Yoga at INGLEDALE

It's back...A live IN-PERSON flowing pregnancy yoga class, focusing on strength, relaxation and breathing techniques to allow you to connect to your breath and your baby. Alleviates common discomforts of pregnancy. Reduces stress and anxiety. Helps you to feel empowered, informed and positive about your changing body and prepare you for motherhood. Each class will weave in active birth tips, hypnobirthing techniques, and include a short time for an informal chat to share experiences and ask questions in a non-judgmental space. 1:1 classes are also available
